Join us this summer at Eisenhower Middle School for an exciting Summer Cooking Camp with Mrs. LaPosta! Enjoy a week or more exploring the wonderful world of cooking for students entering grades 1-8.
We will teach students basic cooking skills, reading recipes, using measuring spoons and cups. Keeping and managing a kitchen. Each week we will be making different kid friendly food items and creating a cookbook.
Students may sign up for both weeks. Registration is first come, first serve.
This program is open to Roxbury and non-Roxbury children entering grades 1-8.
This camp needs a minimum of 5 students per session in order to run. This camp maxes out at 20 students per week.
Registration deadline is June 5, 2026.
Students are welcome to bring a snack & a drink to Summer Art Camp.
Location: Eisenhower Middle School (47 Eyland Avenue, Succasunna), Room 32
Cost: $250 per participant per week
Instructor: Christine LaPostais an art teacher at Lincoln/Roosevelt School. She loves to cook and get creative!

The Roxbury Community School is self-sufficient and a course/program must pay for itself. If there are not enough registrants, the course/program will be canceled. The Coordinator reserves the right to remove from class those individuals who have not paid tuition.
There are no refunds for winter, spring, summer, or fall courses/camps AFTER the program starts. All cancelations must be received in writing to comschool@roxbury.org at least seven days prior to the start of the program for a refund. After that date, there will be no refunds.
