Mad Science (Grades K-4)
Overview
Mad Science is the world's largest science enrichment provider. We pride ourselves on the unique and interactive way of teaching students how to make science fun! Using an extremely hands-on and enthusiastic approach, we give students the chance to become Mad Scientists. We have FUN down to a science!

Enroll today! Space is limited! The program must have a minimum of thirteen (13) students to run at each location.
Please look at the days/dates carefully, as there are no makeup classes for individual absences. Makeup classes will only be scheduled for canceled classes. Students must take classes in the school in which they attend, except for the spring break camp.

Winter 2026 After-School Program
Ready STEM Go!
Kids discover how science shapes our world! They'll explore animals, create wild chemistry experiments, and dive into motion and energy. From radical robots to amazing power sources and cool tech, every hands-on activity brings science to life with exciting discoveries and fun!
COST: $220/student for 8 weeks
TIME: 3:20-4:20 p.m. (1 Hour)

Spring 2026 After-School Program
Academy of Future Space Explorers
Launch into space science! Kids explore rockets, starts, planets, and more through hands-on NASA-inspired experiments filled with solar system discovery and excitement.
COST: $175/student for 6 weeks
TIME: 3:20-4:20 p.m. (1 Hour)

Spring Break Camp 2026 - Grades K-5
Code in Motion - Unruly Splats
Kids don’t just learn to code—they get moving while they do it! In this energetic after-school program, students use Unruly Splats (programmable fl oor buttons) to code and play interactive games that teach logic, teamwork, and creativity through motion based fun.
COST: $300/student
DATES/TIME: April 6-10, 2026 (9:00a-12:00p & 9:00-4:00 p.m.

The Roxbury Community School is self-sufficient and a course/program must pay for itself. If there are not enough registrants, the course/program will be canceled. The Coordinator reserves the right to remove from class those individuals who have not paid tuition.
There are no refunds for courses/camps AFTER the program starts. All cancellations must be received in writing to comschool@roxbury.org at least seven days prior to the start of the class for a refund. After that date, there will be no refunds.
