2026/2027 BASES Registration
Overview
Registration is now open for 2026/2027!
Prior/current RCS BASES families will have preference for open spots until June 22, 2026.
We will accept registrations for new families as well,
but names will not be officially added to the list until the week of June 29th.
Open spots will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

RCS BASES is a tuition-based program of Roxbury Township Public Schools operated by the Roxbury Community School. RCS BASES provides high-quality care for children in grades Kindergarten through Sixth. All programs offer enriching, nurturing care for children during out-of-school hours between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Choose the program and schedule that is right for you (see tabs on the left for more detailed information).
- Before School - 7:00 a.m. to the start of school (for Grades K-6)
- After School - school dismissal to 6:00 p.m. (for Grades K-4 only)
In all RCS BASES programs, experienced and qualified staff provide stimulating healthy physical and academic activities, social and emotional development, and artistic opportunities for students that promote a child's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth. RCS BASES's goal is to help children reach their potential by improving self-esteem and acquiring the skills needed for cooperation and problem-solving. Developmentally appropriate, appealing activities are made available as the children's interests and needs guide the selection of activities. Homework time, outdoor play, indoor organized games, crafts, science, nature explorations, and special guest visitations are just a few of the activities that are part of our program.

Before and After-School Enrichment Services occur at our K-4 Schools for our K-6 Students*

- Lincoln/Roosevelt School (Gr 5-6)* - 8 Meeker Street, Succasunna, NJ 07876
* This is subject to change as needed based on enrollment and staffing. Failure to meet the minimum enrollment may result in that school's program cancelation and combination with another school. Families will be notified if this is the case. There will be no aftercare for LRS regardless of enrollment or staffing.

Enrollment Process:

- Pay $25 non-refundable annual registration fee per child to the Roxbury Community School
All enrollment information and payments need to be returned to the Roxbury Community School located Lincoln/Roosevelt School at 34 N Hillside Avenue, Succasunna, NJ 07876. Questions regarding this program? Email comschool@roxbury.org.
Registrations are processed as they are received, with all required materials enclosed. Missing materials will delay the registration process. If the desired days are full, you will be waitlisted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Within two weeks of receiving enrollment forms, a confirmation email will be sent with your monthly statement/invoice.
In order to secure enrollment for the first day of school (Wednesday, August 26), please submit the enclosed forms by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2026. Registrations for the first day of school received after this date through August 19th will be charged a $25 late registration fee. Completed registrations received on or after August 20th will not be able to start until the week of September 8th.
