Overview
An exhilarating fitness program that is a COMPLETE body workout that is as effective as it is fun!
This three-part program designed by Jackie Sorenson includes:
(1) Great abdominal workout
(2) Weight training to strengthen your muscles, bones, and heart
(3) Dynamic cardiovascular dance routines, all set to a wide variety of current popular music.
Come “sweat and smile” with us as you work at your own individual level.
This program is open to ALL Roxbury AND non-Roxbury residents.

Please complete this form and send it in with your payment to the Roxbury Community School located within Lincoln/Roosevelt School at 34 North Hillside Avenue, Succasunna, NJ 07876.
The Roxbury Community School is self-sufficient and a course/program must pay for itself. If there are not enough registrants, the course/program will be canceled. The Coordinator reserves the right to remove from class those individuals who have not paid tuition.
There are no refunds for courses/camps AFTER the program starts. All cancellations must be received in writing to comschool@roxbury.org at least seven days prior to the start of the class for a refund. After that date, there will be no refunds.
